Mirrors work their magic in lots of different ways. They can bounce light around, create depth and a feeling of space. They can be used to reflect features back, like a cherished piece of art, a floral display or a statement light. By angling them towards a garden, you can reflect the outdoors in. Subtle frames allow the surroundings to stand out, whilst decorative frames can create a feature in their own right. Our own Mirror Collection reflects our love of nature and includes four designs, each handmade from reclaimed wood.
Our New Reclaimed Mirror Collection
Our newest design – the Reclaimed Teak Mirror – is a mix of grain and grandeur. Standing 1500mm tall, its tactile frame is oiled to enhance its rich colour tone. It can be hung or lent against a wall, for a more casual look. Our nest-like Driftwood Large Mirror is made from salvaged wood washed onto beaches and river banks. An oversized design, also 1500mm tall, is joined by a round driftwood mirror too (pictured). The circular driftwood mirror design is very popular bathroom mirror and looks great above basins, wash-stands and vanity units.
Teak Root Mirrors
The fourth design – the Teak Root Mirror – is made from root wood sourced from fallen teak trees; roots are collected as part of the reforestation process. This design follows the root’s shape and flow, creating a wavy splash shape in striking bands of gold and silver.
